If you are unable to call our office, we ask that you please include the following information in your email. Please note that it may take 2-5 days to receive a response to your email inquiry.

• Detailed information regarding the child(ren)/caregiver in question (name of child/caregiver, address, age, etc).
• Detailed concerns (What worries you most about the child’s safety? How has the child been impacted by the concerns?)
• Your telephone number or email address. Note: Telephone numbers are preferred. An intake worker may reach out if further information is required. Without critical information, we may not be in a position to properly assess the concerns.
