At The Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa, we work with families to provide guidance and support to improve parenting skills and outcomes. When children and youth are unable to stay in their homes, we work with their community to find a temporary, safe and stable environment with kin or a foster caregiver. We also facilitate adoptions for children and youth who cannot return to their birth family.
We work with our community partners to support families. We believe that children and youth belong with their families, and we work to keep families together whenever possible. We are here to help.
