This month-long celebration is dedicated to advocating, educating and connecting people while respecting the diversity of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. At The Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa, we are committed to this mission all month long and beyond.
To celebrate Pride month, we will be releasing videos twice a week from members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community about their personal experiences and what Pride means to them. Make sure to check-in here every Tuesday and Thursday to hear these amazing stories! Watch all the videos below.
Additionally, from August 23-30 we encourage everyone to participate in Ottawa’s annual Capital Pride summer festival! Despite being unable to celebrate in person, we’re as excited as ever to show our support for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community #WhereverWeAre!
