Recognition. Resilience. Resolve.
May is Asian Heritage Month – a time to recognize and celebrate the numerous achievements and contributions that Canadians of Asian descent have made and continue to make every day. This year’s theme is “Recognition, Resilience and Resolve” in acknowledgment of the beauty within the Asian culture, as well as the rise of anti-Asian racism and discrimination triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the Children’s Aid Société of Ottawa, we recognize the uniqueness of each child, youth, family and community and provide services that respect their culture, traditions, race and social identities.
