Throughout the course of the pandemic, The Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa (CASO) adjusted in-person attendance requirements at our offices in line with recommendations by Ottawa Public Health.
As of July 4, 2023, we are excited to announce that CASO’s doors are once again open to the public for drop-in services. COVID-19 screenings are no longer required.
While we have resumed pre-pandemic operations, our workforce continues to primarily serve families in the community. As such, we recommend that in-person meetings with your respective workers are scheduled in advance. However, staff will be available on-site to accommodate in-person drop-ins as well.
