Mental Health Week 2021

During these times of increased anxiety and isolation, we recognize that children, youth and families are struggling with their mental health and well-being now more than ever.

This Mental Health Week, we encourage everyone to Get Real about how they feel. It’s important for our mental health to express and embrace our emotions – whether you are feeling uncomfortable or you are struggling, negative feelings lighten when they’re put into words.
