COVID-19

The Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa is committed to transparent communication in relation to positive COVID cases that may affect the public. For privacy reasons, we will not release any personal or identifying information about the individual affected.

An individual who spent time in the reception area at our 1602 Telesat office has recently tested positive. The timeframe identified was between April 26th and April 29th.

Ottawa Public Health is aware and will be contacting those identified as close contacts. If you were in the 1602 Telesat office reception area during this time, and you were unable to maintain physical distancing, we ask that you monitor your symptoms or get tested.

COVID-19 Guidelines

We invite you to visit the COVID-19 Service Guidelines to obtain the most up-to-date information about our service and safety guidelines.
