Workforce Census Final Report 2020

In 2020, The Children's Aid Society of Ottawa (CASO) launch a workforce census: Be a Voice for Change. The information collected through the workforce census is intended to help guide our efforts in making CASO successful in creating and sustaining a workforce that embraces diversity and inclusion and supports all employees in achieving their full potential. It is part of our strategic initiative to foster a work environment where staff can maximize their potential and feel supported in their commitment to provide excellent client service. The ability to serve clients from various backgrounds and communities is enhanced bycontinuing toattract, develop, and retain a diverse workforce at CASO. We continuously strive for a workforce that reflects the clients and communities we serve and promotes an environment that values respect, dignity and professional growth. Our ability to attract, develop, and retain a quality diverse workforce is the key to CASO's success.
