Ontario Ombudsman assumes responsibility for complaints


Please note that effective today, May 1, the management of formal complaints has been transferred to the Ontario Ombudsman's Office.

If you have a concern about services received through The Children's Aid Society of Ottawa, you can contact the Ombudsman to have your complaint formally addressed. You can find out more about the Ombudsman's Children and Youth Unit here, including a link to their online complaint form.
